Добрый день.
Обнаружено непрохождение входящих вызовов на станции NEAX7400M100MX (SC-2991 C2-0002.03), с платой PN-30PRTA (SC-2885 B1-0002.00). Проблемы возникают с входящими вызовами, поступающими с терминала А на терминал В, на котором установлена безусловная переадресация на терминал С, который является абонентом NEC (А→B→C). При этом, вызовы, поступающие непосредственно от терминала А к терминалу С успешны (A→C). Есть подозрение, что NEC не понимает в Setup поле Facility.
На IPS подобных проблем не обнаружено.
Возможно ли какими-либо программными средствами решить данную проблему, т.е. без замены процессора?
Сообщения SETUP и DISCONNECT прилагаются.

Как я понял терминал А находится в сети, терминал B - это внутренний номер NEC,
а где собственно терминал С?

Программными средствами управлять реакцией станции на ИЭ Facility
думаю невозможно. Можно поиграться с АА06>, но это может повлиять на многое.

Сумбурная тема, я понимаю. Терминалы "А" и "В" находятся в PSTN. А терминал "С" - абонент NEC. "В" устанавливает переадресацию на "С". После этого "А" набирает номер терминала "В" и должен попасть на "С", но этого не происходит.
В АА06 изменение протокола не помогло.
На IPS такая схема работает. Подозреваю, что, как минимум, придётся огорчить абонента, или, как максимум, заменить процессор.

Так а если просто с B набрать номер С вызов пройдет?

Да, проходит.

Осталось проверить действительно ли NEC не генерирует SETUP
в PSTN при таком вызове.
Хотя в любом случае настроек на этот случай в станции нет.
